Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
Email us at akmsales@gmail.com before sending your item. Approved returns must be sent to our return address (we’ll provide full details). Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care products (e.g. beauty items)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
For a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.

EU Customers
If your order is delivered to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return without reason, provided items meet the above conditions.

Refunds
Once inspected, we’ll confirm approval and process your refund to the original payment method within 05 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider. If you haven’t received your refund within 07 business days of approval, contact us at akmsales@gmail.com
